and I’m a somatic attachment therapist, women’s pelvic health specialist, practitioner of sacred sexuality and Reiki Master.

With certifications in advanced healing modalities and a life shaped by personal transformation, I guide women through deeply transformative moments—helping them heal, reconnect, and reclaim their wholeness, power, and pleasure.

Having walked my own path through addiction, toxic relationships, and cancer, I bring not just tools but a lived understanding of how to turn pain into purpose and struggle into strength.

Tantra’s focus on sacred intimacy and energy work, along with Taoism’s emphasis on balance and harmony. This modality empowers women to reclaim their sexual energy, heal past wounds, and transform their relationship with intimacy. A powerful humanistic approach, Gestalt therapy emphasizes the importance of present-moment awareness, personal responsibility, and deep self-reflection. It helps women heal emotionally by embracing who they are in the here and now, without the weight of past patterns.
